NL-KVK-41201463-52800794 Save the Children Netherlands <narrative>Lifesaving health support to forcibly displaced Palestinians in need in Egypt</narrative> This project aims to ensure timely access to critical secondary and tertiary healthcare services for displaced Palestinians residing in Egypt, including medical evacuees, women, and children. Through coordinated medical case management, Save the Children will deliver essential medical support such as surgery, oncology, chronic disease treatment, mental health consultations & treatment, Prosthetics and rehabilitation. The intervention will be implemented over 12 months with a project team based in Greater Cairo, targeting 600 Palestinian individuals through partnerships with public and private healthcare providers. To strengthen the health response for displaced Palestinians in Egypt by enhancing access to essential healthcare services. The primary target group includes 600 Palestinians in Egypt, including medical evacuees, their companions, and other displaced individuals in need of medical assistance. The project will focus on vulnerable populations such as children, women, persons with disability, individuals with chronic illnesses, and those requiring critical lifesaving medical interventions. SC will make use of its waiting list of individuals already registered for medical services within this intervention.
