The package of assistance aims to meet a range of MSMEs’ needs in a holistic and interconnected way. To support integration and concentration of benefits, SPARK will utilise a cluster-based development approach. The cluster approach enables smallholder farmers and MSME agro-businesses to engage in high-value agriculture through several key mechanisms.Through the programme, Mercy Corps will establish a number of SPARK hubs to act as centres for aggregation, processing and distribution of agricultural products from the surrounding smallholder farmers. The hubs will also provide an important conduit for linkages between smallholder farmers / MSMEs and bigger lead companies (such as secondary processors, wholesalers, big retailers, and institutions). By strengthening these linkages through the hubs, the programme aims to boost the income smallholder farmers receive, increase productivity, and support rural employment opportunities. The SPARK hubs will support the development of new productive alliances through the provision of Business Development Services for MSMEs and promote linkages with lead firms. Solar technology will be deployed to support the efficient and sustainable primary processing of agricultural commodities. Year-round cultivation will be supported through solar irrigation. MSMEs will also have improved access to finance through the co-design of new financial products and services with partner Financial Service Providers (FSPs) to aid recovery. This will include the establishment of a revolving loan fund tailored to the needs of MSME agri-businesses who continue to face challenges with access to finance. A total of 40 participants (22M, 18F) benefited. 15 VSLA groups, comprising 78 members (16M, 62F), including 24 youth, were linked to KCB and the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI). The engagement supported VSLA members to explore appropriate financial products and access credit aligned to livestock-based value chains, strengthening pathways from informal savings to formal financial services. Capacity strengthening support reached 76 SACCO management and leadership representatives, comprising 29M, 47F, including 37 youth. The support strengthened the institutional, governance, and policy foundations required for SACCOs to provide improved financial products and services, creating conditions for more structured, compliant, and member-responsive savings and credit products. A VSLA forum and exhibition was conducted in Maikona Ward, bringing together 59 participants from 32 existing VSLA groups, comprising 13M, 46F, including 38 youth. This should enable the intended work on LoRaWAN in northern Kenya to advance. A LoRaWAN antenna was installed along with a soil moisture probe and a small ambient sensor on the top of the hill at Kapiti. An MoU was executed between NRT and ITC. Collaboration with Natural State advanced through LoRaWAN network testing and initial procurement of livestock tracking equipment. A new gateway installation is underway at Kapiti Research Station, and further collaboration with ILRI will involve MSc-level analysis of field photos to support PhD research. The LoRaWAN gateway at Kapiti was upgraded and sensors were checked/fixed, providing useful insights for deployment in northern Kenya. With support of Natural State, one LoRaWAN gateway was installed on a SafariCom mast near Archer's Post (Waso Ward) in November. Several weather and livestock tracking sensors were deployed. Framework jointly developed and signed by Laisamis (Marsabit), Chari (Isiolo), Ngaremara (Isiolo) and Waso (Samburu) communities to foster peace and shared natural resource use. Operationalization of the FCDC Peace Framework. Pastoral Elders’ Declaration and the KOM Resource Sharing Agreement, jointly developed and signed by communities from Laisamis (Marsabit), Chari and Ngaremara (Isiolo), and Waso (Samburu). The agreements, witnessed by national and county governments, promote peaceful coexistence and equitable natural resource sharing. Participation in peacebuilding was achieved through intra- and inter-county peace meetings, cross-border forums, follow-up engagements, and the Peace Ultra Marathon. A total of 342 participants (273M and 69F) including 54 youth) engaged in peace and reconciliation initiatives , including the Camel Peace Caravan, KOM peace dialogues, and World Peace Day celebrations in Longewan (Samburu) and North Horr (Marsabit), promoting inter-county collaboration and community-led peace effort. The programme engaged a total of 169 participants in peace and reconciliation activities aimed at building community cohesion and conflict prevention across Isiolo, Marsabit, Samburu, and neighbouring ASAL areas. Programme-supported trainings, engagement forums, and peer exchange forums strengthened participation in peacebuilding and reconciliation processes by bringing together government stakeholders, development actors, community members, and local institutions. Organised Livestock producers supply meeting sessions with GENCO livestock exporters to discuss formal livestock supply arrangements. A total of 67 (8M: 59F) including 66 youth (7M: 59F) were engaged. Direct engagement between livestock traders and Savanna Herds Limited, Genco, and Ecovive facilitated the collective sale of 1,348 goats valued at KES 6,550,500, benefiting 92 members of livestock producer groups and demonstrating improved aggregation, market access, and income generation for producers. Progress towards linking livestock traders to domestic and international markets continued through market actor-led capacity strengthening and structured offtake arrangements. The market actor supported traders with training on market requirements, livestock aggregation, quality standards, and commercial readiness, while also initiating offtake processes to create practical pathways for market access. Conducted a rapid assessment of the apiculture value chain with a private sector acro- Narropil Honey Enterprises Ltd and the County Department of Livestock, identifying strong youth and women common interest groups' in modern beekeeping and key capacity gaps in pest management, hygienic handling, and value addition to guide future interventions. Additionally, The Merti Integrated Development Programme, the RANGE programme Local Implementing partners conducted a skills assessment of the Loofah seeds self-help group. This initiative aimed to support agro-pastoralist farmers in cultivating loofah seeds derived from the luffa gourd, providing an alternative livelihood opportunity. The group comprises 15 members, consisting of 9 male and 6 female. Support for alternative livelihoods was advanced through preparatory assessments and planning to strengthen enterprise development. A needs assessment of self-help groups and a cooperative was conducted in Burat, Kinna, Chari and Nageremara to identify existing resources, ongoing livelihood activities, key challenges, and priority areas for support. Findings from the assessment informed the design of targeted capacity-building interventions for local honey producers, addressing identified enterprise gaps, with training scheduled for Y3Q1. Sustainable alternative livelihood pathways were strengthened through the identification and engagement of market actors to support value chain development across priority wards. Partnership processes were initiated with Green Rhino, Naropil Enterprise Ltd, Radio Ashe, Ecovive, AlseyeeBio Ltd, and Nature Apiaries Ltd to support gums, resins, and honey value chains, including the development of partnership documents, implementation milestones, compliance submissions, and initial engagement processes. Additional market actors, Naramat Farm Feeds and Nkosira Farm, were also identified and engaged to lead poultry and fish value chain interventions in Baawa and Lodokejek wards. These partnerships are expected to create structured pathways for community members to participate in diversified livelihood initiatives, with formal documentation and implementation arrangements to be finalised in Q2 - May 2026. A request for Application regarding intervention strategies for financial inclusion and access has been developed to enhance the accessibility of financial services for Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs). Access to financial services was strengthened through targeted linkages between youth-led livestock cooperatives and private sector financing initiatives. Fifty youth (14M, 36F) were linked to the Jiinue Growth Program, enabling access to financial support through mobile-based platforms. Additionally, engagements with KCB under the Mifugo ni Mali initiative were done. A total of 78 (16M 62F) livestock producers participated. Linkages between VSLAs and private sector financial service providers were strengthened through a VSLA forum and exhibition in Maikona. Private sector actors, including Equity Bank, Solution SACCO, Sidai Africa Limited, and IBLI representatives, engaged directly with participants to share information on financial services, livestock inputs, and risk management solutions. Target to be achieved upon completion of the programme. Herd management training was held in Waso, Wamba Westwards, Golbo, chari, kinna and Laisamis livestock owners. Several steps have been undertaken towards the realization of this indicator:1. In Isiolo, the RANGE programme in partnership with LMS and CRS-NAWIRI facilitated the operationalization of the Sales Yard Act 2016 to enable 40:60 revenue sharing between the 17 Livestock Market Associations (LMA) and the County Government of Isiolo. This has given direction for the members to mobilize producers and traders to market for an improved revenue pool. 2. Capacity assessment was done to Rangeland Management Committees (RMC) in Marsabit and trained on fodder production and management. Similarly, the RANGE programme in Marsabit supported VSLAs on linkages to the service provider, to enhance loaning out to the members to undertake small businesses and support households. Community entry meetings done in Golbo, Maikona and Sagante wards to explore existing opportunities for producer association to improve income through aggregate, economies of scale and circular economies. Engagement of market actors in the live animal and meat trade was accomplished. Request for Application (RFA) will be developed in the next quarter and distributed widely for guaranteed equal opportunity for all market actors. Genco Livestock conducted field engagements and trainings on livestock commercialization and off-take across Kinna, Burat, Chari, and Ngaremara wards. A total of 394 participants (57 men, 337 women) and 173 small-scale producers were reached, with linkages established to premium markets at both domestic and international levels. Strengthened market linkages between livestock cooperatives and private sector off-takers (REL and Genco), resulting in the collective sale of 1,159 small stock and generating KES 5.5M in revenue, demonstrating improved aggregation and increased household incomes. A total of 261 Participants (122M 139F) including 101 youth (58M 43F) benefited. Producer association members increased income through strengthened livestock aggregation and direct market engagement.RANGE programme facilitated linkages between livestock traders and private sector off-take of 1,348 goats and sheep valued at KES 6,550,500, benefiting 92 producer group members. Aggregation through cooperative structures continues to support economies of scale and improved market access. During implementation, challenges related to inaccurate calibration of weighing equipment were identified, which posed a risk to producer value realisation; corrective actions are underway to safeguard income gains and maintain trust in aggregation systems. GENCO strengthened the commercial pathway for livestock producers to increase income through aggregation, economies of scale, and structured market access. This included recruiting and training six field agents and signing one-year contracts to support producer mobilisation, registration, and preparation for livestock commercial sale. Through this process, 7,696 livestock producers were registered in preparation for livestock aggregation and sale, while 3,614 livestock producers were trained to improve their readiness to participate in organised aggregation and market systems. The engagement is building the producer base, coordination structures, and private sector linkages required for livestock producers to access more reliable markets and benefit from collective selling. The partnership framework, which includes partnership description, detailed milestones and budgets for two private sector partners Genco Livestock and Fresh Meat Export Ltd, as well as Savanna Circuit Technologies, was finalised in Quarter 7. These partners will collaborate with the RANGE programme towards improved herd management and promote commercial livestock and milk production practices among livestock owners and producers. The formal signing of the partnership agreement and the subsequent onboarding processes are scheduled for completion in Quarter 8. 40 livestock producers (3M, 37F) organised through a savings and credit cooperative were trained on improved herd management and commercial milk production practices, strengthening productivity, animal health, and market orientation. In addition, Isiolo Livestock Market Society with established market networks and animal fattening operations was identified as a potential aggregator, creating a clear pathway to strengthen linkages between producers and commercial livestock and milk markets. Engagement between the RANGE Team and SIDAI, a private sector partner in animal health, through Market Systems Development (MSD) is ongoing to support the linkage of livestock producers to accessible quality production inputs and services at the last mile in the three counties of Samburu, Isiolo and Samburu. Community entry meetings were done in Golbo, Maikona and Sagante wards in Marsabit County to understand gaps and opportunities for pastoralist livestock producers/farmers to access services and inputs from the private sector. Intervention concept Notes in the livestock sector (live animal and meat trade), Natural Resource Management (NRM) were developed to support access to services and inputs from the private sector. Engaged private sector partners (FSCL, Syngenta, and Kapland AgriSolution) to deliver agri-input and animal health outreach, improving last-mile access to veterinary services and resilient crop inputs while renewing commercial interest in Isiolo’s agropastoral markets. A total of 95 (58M: 37F), including 39 youth (24M 15F) benefited. The onboarding of SIDAI Africa was completed. Separately, an Expression of Interest (EOI) was issued by SIDAI Africa Ltd. for recruiting para-vets, attracting 10 para-vets who will support the identification of service providers for future engagement and the rollout of animal health services. Livestock producers were linked to private sector risk management services through sensitization on Index-Based Livestock Insurance. Agents trained under the ZEP-RE DRIVE Project supported last-mile outreach to livestock owners across Maikona, Laisamis, and Sagante/Jaldesa, reaching 473 livestock owners, comprising 328M, 142F, including 148 youth. The activity addressed previously low uptake by improving awareness of livestock insurance and strengthening access to market-based services that help producers manage drought-related livestock risks. The co-creation of the partnership framework, which includes partnership description, detailed milestones and budgets for two private sector partners, namely, the Equity Foundation and Davis and Shirtliff. Finalisation of this framework is expected in Quarter 8. This partnership will enhance access to and accelerate the adoption of renewable energy solutions in the three counties of Isiolo, Samburu and Marsabit. The onboarding process for Savanna Circuit Technologies was completed, including finalisation of the partnership description, milestones, and reporting frameworks. With these foundations in place, the partner is scheduled to roll out field-level demonstrations and outreaches of renewable energy technologies for adoption. In Q9, Savanna Circuit will undertake field visits and engage directly with county teams to align implementation, coordination, and monitoring arrangements ahead of full rollout. A feasibility assessment was conducted with Dima Adho Agroforestry Farmers Group in Chari Ward to determine the viability of solar-powered irrigation. The assessment confirmed access to a reliable water source from the Ewaso Nyiro River, while identifying infrastructure gaps and wildlife intrusion as key constraints affecting agricultural production. A re-assessment was recommended to guide the next stage before installation of the solar irrigation system and reporting of direct renewable energy access. Significant progress in irrigation and drainage efficiency has been made through strategic collaboration with private-sector partners and thorough technical assessments of current systems. The RANGE programme is in the process of finalising a collaborative framework with Davis & Shirtliff aimed at optimising water efficiency through customised irrigation and drainage strategies. This partnership features well-defined objectives, quantifiable milestones, and a jointly allocated budget. The formalisation of the agreement and the onboarding of involved parties are projected to occur in Q9. Water resource governance and water-efficient agriculture support reached 348 participants, comprising 169M, 179F. The support included WRUA by-law review and governance strengthening processes to enhance institutional capacity for watershed protection and sustainable water resource management. Feasibility assessments by PACIDA in Nairibi, Tirgamo, Elgade, and Manyata Rangi to identify suitable farmer groups and key production challenges, followed by hands-on training and demonstrations on drip irrigation, shade nets, solar-powered irrigation, and soil and water conservation techniques in Maikona and Laisamis wards. MID-P the RANGE programme Local implementing partners conducted a comprehensive capacity assessment aimed at managing large-scale tree nurseries essential for ecosystem restoration and sustainable watershed management. The assessment involved existing youth groups in the Kinna and Burat wards in Isiolo County. Watershed protection was reinforced by implementing focused capacity-building initiatives for Water Resource Users Associations (WRUAs), which enhanced their technical, governance, and institutional capabilities in resource mobilisation, riparian zone safeguarding, and sustainable water governance practices. These initiatives addressed challenges associated with over-abstraction, riparian encroachment, climate variability, and governance deficiencies. Furthermore, they bolstered practical competencies in riparian land management, monitoring of water usage, and community-driven conflict resolution strategies. No direct irrigation or drainage infrastructure support was provided during the quarter. However, foundational linkages with private sector actor such Holland Green and Davis and shirtliff and promotion of water-efficient technologies were established. Savana Circuits Technologies onboarded three milk cooperatives: Samburu dairy farmers cooperatives, and Moyale camel milk cooperatives with 270 livestock producers for access to renewable energy inputs and services. Fodder producer groups were enhanced through targeted training and exposure visits to exemplary fodder farms, aimed at scaling production in line with the Market Systems Development (MSD) framework. This intervention focuses on strengthening business viability and establishing robust market linkages by improving producers’ capabilities in formulating competitive business strategies and linkage to both input and output markets. In Year 3, Quarter 1, the RANGE team wil initiate the onboarding of market actors in feed and fodder production to further integrate sustainable, market-oriented practices into the system. Food security coordination and fodder market development efforts were advanced through technical working group engagement and the development of fodder business plans for producer groups. The process reached 48 stakeholders, comprising 36M, 12F, including 14 youth, and contributed to the review of fodder marketing strategies, and strengthened business planning and market linkages for fodder commercialisation. The training in Marsabit focused on CSA, GAP, and the use of water-efficient technologies. The partnership framework for Holland Greentech Kenya LTD , a private sector entity within climate-smart agriculture and good agricultural practices in horticulture, was finalized in Quarter 7. The framework encompasses a comprehensive partnership description, along with detailed milestones with key deliverables and a co-financed budget. The formal signing of the partnership agreement and the subsequent onboarding processes are expected to be completed in Quarter 8. Mapping and identification of 350 agro-pastoralist farmers who will be engaged by Holland Greentech was done in Burat and Baawa wards in Isiolo and Samburu, respectively. The adoption of climate-smart agriculture (CSA), good agricultural practices (GAP), and water-efficient technologies has been enhanced through a comprehensive approach that integrates capacity building, market linkages, and partnerships with private sector lead firms. Farmers received support to implement integrated pest management strategies, gain access to high-quality agricultural inputs, and improve their connections to both input and output markets, facilitated by collaborations with Syngenta and Meru Farmer Limited. The onboarding process for Holland Greentech (HGT) has been finalised, which included the establishment of two demonstration plots for irrigation systems in Baawa and Burat wards, located in Samburu and Isiolo Counties. Additionally, agro-pastoralist groups such as Awarsitu CBO and Nadumu PRIME- girls group were linked to HGT, enabling them to procure climate-smart, high-yielding tomato seedlings and to bolster their pathways for CSA adoption. Engagement with local enterprises in climate-smart agriculture focused on strengthening the market systems development approach and positioning private sector actors to support wider uptake of water-efficient technologies. At community level, 111 WRUA members, comprising 58M, 53F, including 46 youth, were trained and linked to private sector providers HGK on climate-smart agriculture practices, including drip irrigation and sustainable vegetable production systems. This strengthened both the enabling market environment for CSA technologies and practical capacity among WRUA members to adopt more efficient and sustainable production practices. Target to be achieved upon completion of the programme. ToTs were trained in resilience design in all 12 wards of the three RANGE counties of Isiolo, Samburu and Marsabit. The programme, in partnership with the county government, organized identification and initial engagement with the agro-pastoralist association on NRM practice 116 (43M;73F) with 54(22M;32F) youth from Burat, Ngaremara, Golbo and Sagante/ Jaldesa wards were trained on best NRM practice encompassing NRM principles, rangeland ecology, health, business planning, community-led participating planning and monitoring, and resilience building Target to be confirmed upon finalisation of baseline assessments. Strengthened community and stakeholders capacity in sustainable rangeland management and wildfire control through targeted engagement, including training and consultative meetings with WDC members, village elders, conservancy representatives, youth, and women in collaboration with the County Department of Livestock was accomplished. A total of 46 participants (33M 13F) including 8 youth (6M 2F) participated. In Isiolo county, Samburu and Marsabit counties a total of 6 degraded sites were identified with a total of 77 acres for restoration . The implementation of best practices in natural resource management and ecological restoration was enhanced through the application of the Resilience Design (RD) framework, as well as the strategic management of invasive species and the reseeding of restored sites. These efforts culminated in the successful restoration of 231 acres of rangeland, executed in collaboration with the county government, Ward Planning committees, Rangeland Management Committees, and community conservancies. Rangeland restoration, resilience design, and natural resource governance efforts were strengthened through community-led rehabilitation and WDC capacity support. A total of 24.5 acres restored through reseeding, gully control, invasive species clearance, and practical community training in sustainable rangeland management. Fereiti Water Resource Association was supported to review and develop on Sub Catchment Management Plan. The RANGE programme, in partnership with the WATER Resource Authority and the Fereiti Water Resource Users Association, reviewed and developed the Fereiti WRUA sub-catchment management plan. RANGE programme in partnership with the Water Resource Authority supported two Water Resources Associations to develop sub-catchment management Plans (SCMPs) in Ngaremara and Waso wards in Isiolo and Samburu Counties respectively. Marsabit reviewed 1 SCMP (Bada Hurri WRUA in Maikona ward, Marsabit county. A total of 30 stakeholders (17 men and 13 women, including four youth, three male, and one female) participated in the SCMP review process. The Local Implementing Partners were onboarded on 5th August 2025, and they will support in implementation of the 6 SCMP, which has already been developed by the RANGE programme. In the Year 3 planning phase, the programme undertook a budget realignment, which is awaiting donor approval, to facilitate the execution of the Sub Catchment Management Plan established across the three counties. This initiative aims to enhance water accessibility for both domestic and productive use. A comprehensive review of the Sub Catchment Management Plan, alongside stakeholder engagement, identified six high-potential water projects for infrastructure development. An assessment of these selected projects is scheduled for Quarter 8. Target to be achieved upon completion of the programme. The implementation of the Sub-Catchment Management Plans at the county level, in partnership with the County Department of Water, commenced in Q8. This initiative involved the assessment of strategically selected boreholes for infrastructure development aimed at enhancing water access for agro-pastoralists, livestock, and household needs. A detailed evaluation was completed at the Dololo Dokhatu borehole in the Sagante/Jaldesa area, the Rapunye borehole in Waso Ward, and the Mbarambate borehole in Kinna Ward. The programme conducted an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and evaluated contractor applications. Contractors were subsequently selected, and the project site was formally handed over. The rehabilitation of the Dhulolo Dhokhatu borehole is ongoing, including construction of livestock troughs, installation of a water kiosk, and piping of water to residential areas.Engaged 18(7F, 11M) including 2 male youth. Engagement meetings with county department of lands, (National Drought Managaement Authority (NDMA); Towards Ending Drought Emergencies (TWENDE) programme, Northern Rangeland Trust (NRT) and communities was undertaken as the initial process of PLUP development at the landscape level ( Waso, Chari & Laisamis wards). The steps that have been taken towards establishing Participatory Land Use plans were community entry meetings done in Golbo, Maikona and Sagante wards in Marsabit County. In line with Market Systems Development (MSD), the Intervention Concept Note(ICN) for Natural Resource Management was developed to guide the Local Implementing Partners'(LIPs) role in developing the draft Integrated Participatory Land and Rangeland Management plan. The program held consultative meetings with RECONCILE to explore potential collaboration and better understand the interface between Participatory Rangeland Management (PRM) and the IPLRM model. Engagement sessions with the County resource team indicated that both Isiolo and Samburu counties currently have draft spatial plans in place. Community participation to review the draft spatial plan in Isiolo County is scheduled for Quarter 8. The RANGE programme, in collaboration with the county departments of lands and the Local Implementation Partners (LIPs), will engage counties to facilitate the integration of the Integrated Participatory Land and Resource Management (IPLRM) plan and nexus approach into the existing draft spatial plans for both Isiolo and Samburu counties in Quarter 8. 3 draft Integrated Participatory Land and Resource Management (IPLRM) plans were developed in Koya Landscape -Laisamis Ward, Golbo and Sagante/Jaldesa wards in Marsabit county, following targeted capacity strengthening of Local Implementing Partner staff on the IPLRM approach. Mapping and engagement of key County government departments and community associations secured buy-in. Validation and approval of the draft IPLRM plans are scheduled for Q1 2026. Two IPLRM plans were validated in Chari and Ngaremara wards through participatory processes engaging 70 members from community institutions, county stakeholders, and departments.Five draft IPLRM plans were advanced across five wards( Maikona, Ward Wamba West, Waso, Burat, and Kinna). A total of 66 participants (47M, 19F, including 13 youth). community members, CLMCS, WDPC, community conservancies, technical experts, and government representatives aligned ward-level activities into a cohesive strategy for ecosystem restoration and food, nutrition, and water security. Grazing committees were engaged in community entry meetings in all the 12 wards in the three RANGE programme counties of Isiolo, Samburu aand Marsabit. Engagement of county departments of lands and livestock for Isiolo, Samburu and Marsabit has been completed on grazing plans development at the landscape level. This proposed project complements existing interventions MC is implementing in Rakhine State, Mon State, Kayin State, Mandalay Region, Southern Shan State, and Western Bago Region with the support of the U.S Department of State Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor. The project will link the human rights defenders (HRDs) already trained by MC to youth. The latter are the most active users of social media, where rumours and hate speech about religious minorities are widely circulated. During the reporting period, 60 MSME participants (14 males and 46 females) were trained to enhance their business and market capacities in Greater Mundri. The training focused on strengthening small and medium enterprises, improving customer satisfaction and client relations, and creating networking opportunities for peer learning and business growth. Additionally, farmers’ groups were supported to increase productivity and efficiency, thereby contributing to a more vibrant and resilient local market with greater availability of goods. During the reporting period, 52 MSE participants (20 males and 32 females) were trained on financial basics, entrepreneurship, business planning, management, and growth. A total of 86 MSMEs utilized business development services, exceeding the baseline of 10 and demonstrating strengthened enterprise capacity through business skills training, mentoring, and technical support. During this quarter, a significant increase in informal savings among the targeted youth under the STREAM II program was observed. STREAM II mid-term evaluation found that 61% of the targeted increase in loan uptake among male and female farmers, including youth, had been achieved. Selected members of SHGs were trained as Trainers of Trainees and plan to cascade the trainings in the coming quarter. Trainings on social cohesion for both formal and informal community organizations are scheduled for July 2025, and will be conducted in Mvolo, Yeri, Mundri, and Lui.
