GB-COH-02768268-1034 Cadmus International UK Limited Cadmus is implementing the Monitoring, Evaluation, Analysis and Learning (MEAL) component of the Mozambique Humanitarian Response Programme (MHRP), funded by the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). The MHRP, approved in 2022, aims to provide lifesaving assistance to people affected by conflict and climate-related disasters in Mozambique, where more than 2.5 million people are affected and over 1.3 million rely on humanitarian aid.Within this context, the MEAL project provides an independent, proportionate, and credible mechanism for accountability, verification, and learning during the final phase of the MHRP. The project supports FCDO and its partners to maximise the programme’s strategic value within limited time and budget parameters.The MEAL assignment is implemented alongside MHRP’s five operational partners: the World Food Programme (WFP), International Organization for Migration (IOM), Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), International NGO Safety Organisation (INSO), and the UN OCHA-managed Emergency Pooled Fund (EPF).
